Slipd stores all your data directly on your device — we have no servers and never receive your data. This means you can delete everything yourself, immediately, without contacting us.

Clear all app data
Invoices, estimates, clients, business profiles, and preferences stored on your device
- Open your phone's Settings
- Go to Apps (or Application Manager)
- Find and tap Slipd
- Tap Storage & Cache
- Tap Clear Data and confirm
This is permanent. All invoices, estimates, client records, business profiles, and settings will be deleted and cannot be recovered. Export a JSON backup first if you want to keep a copy of your data.

Delete exported files (if any)
Only applies if you have previously exported PDFs or CSV files from Slipd
When you generate or export files, Slipd saves them to your device's Downloads folder. These are not deleted when you clear app data, since they are stored outside the app's private storage.
- Open your device's Files app
- Go to Downloads
- Delete any PDF invoices or CSV files exported from Slipd

Slipd has no servers. We never receive, store, or retain your data. There is nothing to delete on our end — all deletion is immediate and self-service.
